To Our UCA parents:
The Union Christian Academy
School Board is pleased to
announce Jeremy Rawls as
the Head of School beginning
July 1, 2025.
Jeremy has always been a
passionate pursuer of education.
He holds four degrees, including
a doctorate, and is in the
process of completing a fifth.
His passion for learning is
intimately intertwined with his
love of Christ, as he also serves
as associate pastor at
Farmerville First Assembly.

Jeremy has been married to
the love of his life, Stefanie,
for 19 years. They have two
sons, Lincoln and Ezra.
Jeremy has held multiple
professional positions in
different areas, but his dream
has been to find a position that
combines his love for Jesus and
his love for education with an
opportunity to positively impact
his community.

Jeremy (Dr. J) states, “Good and loving teachers are truly the hands of God. They give so much of themselves each day and often do not receive the support and recognition that truly displays their worth. My hope is that I can provide the encouragement, the stability, and the leadership that they deserve. And I get to love and guide young boys and girls in the process. I can’t imagine a more rewarding opportunity in the parish that I love so much.”

When offered the position of Head of School, Jeremy said, “Yes, and we will come as a family.” Stefanie will be teaching in our elementary school and Lincoln and Ezra will be students.

Stefanie states, “My passions in life are pursuing God, loving my family, and helping children.” Stefanie has been a pediatric occupational therapist for twenty years. Seven of those years were exclusively in the school setting assisting children with writing, reading, coordination, self-regulation, sensory processing, overall strength, feeding, visual skills, fine motor skills, and learning disabilities. Stefanie serves in the nursery and youth ministry at Farmerville First Assembly.
Stefanie states, “It is a beautiful moment when you get to see a child’s eyes light up when they accomplish a new skill or finally understand a new concept! I am excited to step into a new role within the school to help instill an awe of the works of God, a love for Him, and a love for learning about all He has created (even math and reading!) in our children.”
Please join us in welcoming and praying for the Rawls family as they pursue a ministry in Christian education.
